我国太阳能产业上市公司经营效率评价

Performance Evaluation of the Solar Industry Listed Company in Our Country

太阳能作为一种洁净的新能源,在新能源产业中占有重要的作用,对国家的发展和居民生活的重要性日益突出。在2008年之后,国家加大对新能源的投入和支持力度,太阳能产业的发展也不断加速。但盲目扩张造成产能严重过剩,在遭遇市场萎缩、"欧美双反"后,我国太阳能产业上市公司在2011、2012年出现了大幅度亏损。基于这样的背景,文章运用数据包络分析(DEA)的方法,分析了2008年至2012年在沪深上市的11家公司和在美国上市的4家中国概念股的经营效率,发现2008年至2010年能源产业的效率呈上升趋势,2011年、2012年多家企业出现亏损、经营效率骤降。最后对太阳能产业公司经营效率的提高提出了相关建议。

Being the clean new energy, solar plays an important role in the new energy industry and in the development of a coun- try and people＇s life. In 2008, the development of solar industry was accelerating when it was invested and supported by our govern- ment. But severe overeapacity was caused by blind expansion, when the market was shrinking and solar industry encountered ＂double reverse＂ in Europe and America, the listed company in solar industry of our country suffered heavy loss in 2011 and 2012. Based on these background, this article applied the method of data envelopment analysis （DEA） in analyzing 15 listed companies management efficiency from 2008 to 2012. Among the 15 listed companies, 11 companies were listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen exchange, and the other 4 companies were listed in U.S. stock market. The result showed that from 2008 to 2010, the efficiency of the energy industry was on the rise. While in 2011 and 2012 the management efficiency decreased severely because of their heavy loss. Finally, sugges- tions about the solar industry were put forward in order to enhance the related companies efficiency.
