By filtration, centrifugation, vacuum concentration, extraction with acetone and inorganic salts, and filtration chromatography through Sephadex G 50, two proteins with different MW were obtained from the tea fungus culture. The protein with low MW demonstrated antibacterial activity. Unfortunately, the determination of the molecular weight of the protein with urea -SDS-PAGE was failed.
