摘要
天津石化公司工会近年以营造干净整洁的工作环境、温馨和谐的生活环境、健康向上的学习环境和情趣高雅的文化环境为重点,着力解决广大职工最关心、最直接、最现实的各种利益问题,不仅有效促进了工会干部作风的转变,提升了工作能力,而且明显增进了职工与工会的感情,扩大了工会组织的影响力。
In the Tianjin Sinopec Corp. we always tried to make a clean working circumstance, warm harmonious life circumstance, healthy positive learning circumstance and elegant graceful culture. We solved the staff's most caring direct practical problem on their interests. It not only promoted the change of cadres'working style, but accumulated feelings between the staff and the trade union to amplify the effluence of the trade union.
