摘要
近年来,机关工会促进了干部职工整体素质、机关管理与决策水平的提高;促进了和谐机关建设,增强了机关干部职工凝聚力。存在的突出问题主要是:有针对性的政策法规较少;工会组织体制没有完全理顺;机构设置、人员编制问题突出;工作内容、方式偏重活动型与福利型。建议今后机关工会工作应着重抓好如下两点:一是进一步顺组织体制;二是进一步健全政策法规。
In the recent years the cadres'squalities are improved by the trade union, the administration and deciding level, the construction of a harmonious organ, cohesive force from cadres as well. However, there are some problems existed, namely lack of political and legal pertinency, lack of rationalization of system, disorder of organ allocation, problem of personnel, problem of working content, and inclination for hard work and wealthy work. We suggest that the trade union should grasp the following two points, namely to promote rationalize organizing system and political regulations further in the future.
