构建孝心文化,既是加强企业文化建设的需要,也是建设和谐企业的需要,同时更是做好离退休工作的需要。应当通过提炼精神文化、规范制度文化和推进行为文化,来提升离退休系统的整体素质,并通过制度建设,使孝道文化建设实现标准化与科学化。

To construct parents -oriented culture is not only the need of strengthening cultural construction of enterprise, but also the need of constructing a harmonious enterprise. In the meanwhile, it is the retired workers＇demands. We should improve the retired workers＇whole qualities by refining spiritual culture, regulating system, and promoting conduct culture. We should make the construction of parents - oriented culture standardized and be more scientific through the construction of system.
