95%顺式氯氰菊酯对蚊蝇的毒力研究

Efficacy of Alpha-Cypermethrin against Mosquito, Cx.quinquefasciatus and Housefly Musca domestica

目的 :测定 95 %顺式氯氰菊酯对蚊幼虫、蝇成虫的毒力。方法 :浸液法和自动微量点滴法。结果 :95 %顺式氯氰菊酯对蚊幼虫的LC50 为 0 .0 0 181mg/L ,是溴氰菊酯的1.31倍 ,其相对毒力是溴氰菊酯的 0 .76倍 ;对蝇成虫的LD50 为 0 .0 0 35 9μg/虫 ,是溴氰菊酯的1.77倍 ,其相对毒力是溴氰菊酯的 0 .5 6倍。结论 :国产 95 %顺式氯氰菊酯对蚊蝇有很高的毒力 。

A pyrethroid,alpha-cypermethrin,manafactured in Guangzhou,was tested against the larvae of mosquito, C.quinquefastiatus ,and housefly, Musca domestica ,in comparison with deltamethrin in the laboratory. The LC 50 was 0.001 8 mg/L for alpha-cypermethrin,and comparison with 0.001 38 mg/L for deltamethrin against mosquito. The LD 50 was 0.003 59 mg/♀ for alpha-cypermethrin,and 0.002 03 mg/♀ for deltamethrin against housefly.
