摘要
全球温室气体排放量越来越大,如果不采取措施减少温室气体排放,人类社会将遭遇灾难性气候。为了改善不断恶化的气候状况,国际国内有关部门陆续出台了相关政策以减少温室气体的排放。针对当前温室气体减排形势,结合石油化工企业温室气体排放情况和行业特点,就石油化工企业未来的发展策略提出了一些建议。
With the extensive using of petrochemical energy resources,the discharge of greenhouse gases and the climatic issues caused thereby are gradually becoming the focus of international society.In view of the discharge situation of greenhouse gas in petrochemical enterprises and the characteristics of petrochemical enterprises,in association with the situation of greenhouse gases discharge reduction,proposals were raised on the development tactics of petrochemical enterprises.
