摘要
为满足环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置技术改造的需要,进行了提高装置二氧化碳脱除能力的试验。结果表明:使用活性添加剂可提高系统传质效率。系统经过改造,能达到二氧化碳脱除设计能力,满足了高选择性催化剂的使用要求。
Experiments were made on improving deprivation competency of CO2 to meet the demand of technological transformation of EO/EG plant.Result showed that using of active additive could improve the mass transferring efficiency of system.After transformation of the system,the deprivation competency of CO2 reached the designed value,which meets the utilizing demand of high selectivity catalyst.
