摘要
国际石油合作在勘探与开发方面主要有租让制合同和合同制合同等几种形式。对世界石油合同范围内的3种主要合同模式进行深入研究,统一合同模式和净现值表达公式,这对海外油气勘探开发项目的快速评价、确定油气投资项目的投资效益、及时把握投资时机、准确进行投资决策等方面都具有现实的指导意义。
International petroleum cooperation has several contract forms in exploration and development,including concession agreement and contract system contract.The three main contract models in global petroleum contracts were deeply studied,and the contract models and expression formula of net present value were unified,which had directive significance on fast evaluation of overseas oil and gas exploration and development projects,determining investment profits of oil and gas investment projects,grasping investment opportunity timely and making investment decision accurately.
