The 25-35 year-old age group had the highest prevalence rate in both two groups, which was higher than the prevalence rate in other group. There was no significant difference in prevalence rate of different age group between two groups, while the difference in prevalence rate between different age group in same study group was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] There are many occupational harmful factors in operation environment of VDT female workers, which can disrupt the female endocrine function, reduce the immune function of the operators, and has a close relation with gynecological inflammatory disease and uterine leiomyoma.
