社区对高血压患者进行健康教育的效果

Effect of health education among patients with hypertension in community

目的通过调查健康检查人群对高血压知识的知晓情况,探索并评价健康检查中健康教育对高血压患者的影响效果。方法通过两次抽样调查分析。①在天津塘沽大华医院及辖区社区卫生服务站2010年2—10月健康检查中筛出符合高血压标准的患者,以自愿入选原则抽取被调查对象500人,对其进行健康教育,并在健康教育前后进行关于高血压的问卷调查,调查其在健康教育前后对高血压病的认知情况。②2011年4—6月,对参加健康教育的500人进行回访,评价健康教育对高血压患者血压控制情况、治疗依从性等的影响。结果健康教育前后,患者对高血压病相关知识的了解有明显提高(P<0.01)。回访315例高血压患者的血压控制率、治疗依从性和自我护理能力均有所提高(χ2值分别为59.014,111.391和88.873,均P<0.01)。结论以社区为基础,对在健康检查中筛查出的高血压患者进行健康教育,可有效控制血压,应该继续加大对居民健康教育的力度。

[ Objective] To investigate the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge among health examination population, explore and evaluate the effect of health education among patients with hypertension. [ Methods ] The sampling survey was conducted twice.① The patients with hypertension were screened in people who had received the health examination in Tanggu Dahua Hospital of Tianjin and community health service station from February to October 2010. A total of 500 investigation objects were involved according to voluntary principle, and they were given the health education. The questionnaire survey about the hypertension knowledge was performed before and after the health education, in order to investigate the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge before and after the health education. ②April to June 2011, a return visit was conducted in 500 investigation objects, so as to evaluate the effect of health education on blood pressure control and treatment compliance among patients with hypertension. [ Results ] Before and after the health education, the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge increased significantly （P 〈 0.01）. Among 315 hypertension patients who received the return visit, the rate of blood pressure control, treatment compliance and self-nursing ability have been improved significantly （ χ2 = 59. 014,111. 391 and 88. 873 ,P 〈 0. 01 all ）. [ Conclusion ] Based on the community, the health education among hypertension patients who are screened in health examination can effectively control blood pressure, so it is necessary to strengthen the health education among residents.
