摘要
目的分析清远市区普通人群在健康检查中血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的检测结果及其影响因素,为制定预防保健措施提供参考依据。方法应用迈瑞BS-320型全自动生化分仪,对2011年10月—2012年10月在广东省清远市疾病预防控制中心体检门诊进行健康检查的普通人群的血清样本共1 294份进行血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的检测,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 1 294份血清样本中的血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的检测结果总体异常率分别为9.6%、14.2%、12.2%;其中不同性别体检者的血糖、总胆固醇异常率分别比较,差异均无统计学意义;甘油三酯的异常率男性明显高于女性,分别为14.2%、9.8%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义;血糖异常率随年龄增长而升高,≥61岁年龄组高达30.7%;总胆固醇、甘油三酯异常率在≤30岁至51~60岁年龄组中随年龄增长而升高,最高分别为28.7%、23.8%,2项异常率在≥61岁年龄组均有所下降;各年龄组体检者的血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的异常率分别比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的异常率与年龄、性别有关,应对普通人群进行健康教育,因人而制定出预防保健方案。
[ Objective] To investigate the levels of blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides of 1 294 people receiving health ex- amination in Qingyuan City, and provide reference for developing health education and preventive care. [ Methods] Mindray BS-320 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to investigate on blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides of 1 294 blood samples collected from people receiving examination in clinic of Qingyuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Guangdong City from October 2011-October 2012. [Results] The abnormal rate of blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides were 9.6%, 14.2%, 12.2% , respectively. There are no significant difference in the abnormal rate of blood glucose and cholesterol between genders. The abnormal rate of triglycerides in male ( 14.2% ) was significantly higher than the female's (9.8%). The abnormal rate of blood glucose in- creased with age, I〉 61 years old group was up to 30.7%. The abnormal rate of cholesterol, triglycerides increased in ≤ 30 years old group and 51-60 years old group was up to 28.7% and 23.8%, respectively, that decreased in over 61 years old group. There were significant differences in the abnormal rate of blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides between age groups. [ Conclusion] The abnormal blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides are associated with age and gender. Health education should be carried out among general population and the preventive health program should be based on individual characteristics.
