摘要
目的探求屏障环境设施安全有效的熏蒸消毒方法。方法采用营养琼脂培养检测细菌的方法,对二氧化氯和甲醛熏蒸屏障环境设施的消毒效果进行检测。结果二氧化氯的熏蒸消毒效果与甲醛熏蒸消毒效果相当。结论二氧化氯可以替代甲醛用于屏障环境设施的熏蒸消毒。
[ Objective ] To explore a safe and effective fumigation method for barrier environment facilities. [ Methods ] The nutrient agar culture method was applied to detect bacteria, and the fumigation effect of chlorine dioxide and formaldehyde for barrier environment facilities was evaluated. [ Results] Chlorine dioxide and formaldehyde have similar fumigation effect. [ Conclusion] Chlorine dioxide can replace formaldehyde in fumigation of barrier environment facilities.
