追踪管理对艾滋病科护理质量的影响

Influence of tracking management on nursing quality of AIDS department

目的探讨追踪管理对艾滋病科护理质量的影响。方法对2010年度艾滋病科护理质量控制工作中存在的问题,在2011年度进行针对性的追踪管理,统计两个年度护理质量、职业防护及护士、患者对艾滋病相关知识掌握情况。结果 2011年护理质量、职业防护及护士、患者对艾滋病相关知识掌握优于2010年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量追踪管理能提高护理质量及管理水平,确保患者安全。

[ Objective] To investigate the influence of tracking management on nursing quality of AIDS department. [ Methods ] According to the problems on nursing quality control of AIDS department in 2010, the targeted tracking management was performed in 2011. The nursing quality, occupational protection, awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among nurses and patients were compared between two years. [ Results ] The nursing quality, occupational protection, awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among nurses and patients in 2011 were better than those in 2010, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The tracking management for nursing quality can improve the nursing quality and management level, and ensure the safe of patients.
