工程项目范围是指工程项目各过程的活动总和,或指组织为了成功完成工程项目并实现工程项目各项目标所必须完成的各项活动。工程项目的范围既包括其产品的范围,又包括项目范围,产品的范围指完成的单位工程、单项工程、建设项目,或它们的特征、功能及其测量评价结果的具体化;项目范围指为了交付满足工程项目产品范围要求的产品和服务所必须完成的活动总和。
