The reasons that take the triallyl isocyanurate（TAIC）and Bis（t-butylperoxy isopropyl）benzene（BIPB）as vulcanizing system used in rubber cable insulation paste and sheathing adhesive glue were introduced in this paper,as well as in the rubber-sheathed cables in the specific application examples,and elaborates in the course of precautions.
