摘要
研究认为优越的天然环境是形成六堡茶品质的基础,优良的茶树品种是形成六堡茶品质的良好条件,特殊的加工工艺是形成六堡茶品质的关键。据此三个主要因素,开发人员设计和实现了六堡茶发酵罐与精制机械联装。六堡茶发酵罐的实现,实现了六堡茶精加工的标准化、自动化、程控化。
The studies suggest that the natural environment is a superior form the basis of liupu tea quality,excellent tea varieties is the formation of liupu tea quality in good condition;a special process is the formation of liupu tea quality of the key.Whereby the three main factors,the developer designed and implemented liupu tea fermentation and purification machinery mounted.liupu tea fermentation tank,has implemented a liupu tea finishing standardization,automation,program control.
