摘要
应用透射电镜对扁豆绒毡层发育过程进行了研究,主要结果如下:1.首次发现扁豆绒毡层在发育过程中,经历了二次胞质重组(第一次始于减数分裂末期Ⅱ,第二次始于小孢子发育早期),使绒毡层细胞的活动呈现3 个高峰期(即小孢子母细胞减数分裂期、小孢子四分体期—小孢子早期、小孢子晚期—二胞花粉中期)。2.绒毡层细胞的分泌作用有3 种形式(渗透分泌、胞吐分泌和自溶)。3.首次观察到绒毡层细胞的内切向壁和径向壁经历了两个周期的重复,即形成—溶解—再形成—再溶解的过程,并对这种变化与绒毡层的胞质重组和分泌机理的关系作了讨论。
The tapetum of Dolichos lablab L.at several different developing stages was studied by transmission electron microscopy,and the main results are as follows:1.It was the first time to be found that during the tapetal development in Dolichos lablab L.,the tapetum undergoes two cycles of cytoplasmic reorganization (first occurring at telophase of meiosis of microspore mother cell and second at early stage of microspore development),which present the tapetal cells three active phases,that is,the first phase during meiosis of microspore mother cell,the second phase from tetrad of microspore to early microspore and the third phase from late microspore to early 2 celled pollen.2.There are three patterns of the tapetal secretion (osmotic secretion,exocytic secretion and autocytolysis).3.The inner tangential wall and the radial wall undergo two cycles,i.e.form dissolve reform redissolve,and the relationship between these changes and the cytoplasmic reorganization of tapetal cells,and between these changes and mechanism of secretion was discussed in this article.
