双源CT与超声心动图评价冠心病合并2型糖尿病左心功能的价值研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的以超声心动图为对照,探讨双源CT评价冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者左心室功能的价值。方法选择行双源CT冠状动脉造影检查和超声心动图的患者57例,根据是否合并2型糖尿病分为糖尿病组和非糖尿病组,利用Simpson法计算出左心功能指标:舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)和左心室射血分数(LVEF),结果与超声心动图比较。结果双源CT和超声心动图所测左心功能各指标EDV、ESV、LVEF相关性高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两种方法所测糖尿病组左心功能指标EDV、ESV值均较非糖尿病组高,LVEF值较低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论双源CT在诊断冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者左心功能方面结果准确、可靠,在心脏功能学领域的应用研究有临床意义和实用价值。 Objective To evaluate the application of dual-source CT (DSCT) and echocardiography in assess the left ventricular function of patients with type 2 diabetes mel itus (T2DM). Methods Fifty seven patients with cardiac diseases were studied with DSCT and echocardiography. The interval time between two examinations did not exceed two weeks. End-diastolic volume (EDV), end-systolic volume (ESV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) from DSCT were calculated using standard software for distance and area measurements with the Simpson's method, and the results were compared with those of echocar-diography. Results The EDV, ESV and LVEF measured by DSCT were consistent with those measured by ultrasound cardio-gram, the difference was significant (al P〈0.05). The EDV and ESV values in T2DM patients with coronary heart disease mea-sured by both methods were higher and LVEF value was lower than those in non-diabetic patients(al P〈0.05). Conclusion Du-al-source CT is accurate, reliable in quantitative evaluation of left ventricular function and can be used with echocardiography as complement measurement.
