摘要
为探明油菜田日本看麦娘(Alopecurus japonicus)对高效氟吡甲禾灵抗性的生理机制,研究了不同抗性生物型日本看麦娘喷施高效氟吡甲禾灵后相关生理指标的变化。结果表明:喷施高效氟吡甲禾灵EC 400 ml/hm2后,低抗和敏感生物型日本看麦娘叶片的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量有明显下降,光合色素构成发生变化,叶片可溶性糖和丙二醛含量显著上升,过氧化物酶活性先上升后下降;高抗生物型日本看麦娘叶片光合色素和丙二醛含量无明显变化,可溶性糖含量略有上升,过氧化物酶活性变化平缓。经高效氟吡甲禾灵胁迫后,低抗和敏感生物型日本看麦娘生理指标变化较大,而高抗生物型具有一定的生理适应性,变化较小。
To explore the resistance mechanism of Alopecurus japonicus to haloxyfop-R-methyl in oilseed rape fields, different resistant biotypes were sprayed with haloxyfop-R-methyl, and then some physiological indexes were detected. After spraying, the leaf chlorophyll and carotenoid contents of low-resistant and sensitive biotypes were reduced obviously; the structure of photosynthetic pigment changed, leaf soluble sugar and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents increased obviously, and peroxidase (POD) activity responded dramatically, showing a descending following its ascending trend. After spraying, the leaf photosynthetic pigment and MDA contents of high-resistant biotype did not change obviously, leaf soluble sugar content increased slightly, and POD activity exhibited gentle response. It indicated that low-resistant and sensitive bi- otypes of A. japonicus would change greatly under haloxyfop-R-methyl stress, while high resistant biotype reacted slightly due to adaptability.
