Based on the construction principal of index system, the system for evaluating the performance of independent innovation funding suppoting agricultural science and technology in Jiangsu province on research＆ innovation projects and demonstration＆extension projects were established, which will offer a reference for evaluating the performance of governmental special funding supporting agricultural science development.
