Implementing Niulan River-Dianchi Lake Water Supplement Project to improve water environment of Dianchi Lake

牛栏江-滇池补水工程是滇池综合治理的关键性工程,也是滇中调水近期重点工程,主要由德泽水库枢纽水源工程、干河泵站提水工程和输水线路工程三大部分组成。针对泵站提水扬程高、输水距离长、施工区地质条件复杂等技术难题,建设单位加强统筹协调与现场控制,强化技术管理,组织重大技术难题攻关,并通过严格合同管理,保证工程建设的有序开展和顺利推进。所总结的建设管理模式和经验,可供类似工程建设借鉴。

The Niulan River - Dianchi Lake Water Supplement Project is an essential component of comprehensive improve- ment scheme for Dianchi Lake, and also a key water diversion project for Central Yunnan Water Diversion in recent period. The whole project is consisted of Deze Reservoir （ as water source） , Ganhe Pumping Station for water lift and the water conveyance route. Aiming at the technical difficulties such as high water lift, long diversion distance, complex geological condition along the route, the owner decides to strengthen the cooperation among the construction units, in - site control and technical management, while through organizing related researches and focusing on strict contract management, the project construction is going smooth- ly.
