Niulan River - Dianchi Lake Water Supplement Project is the key project of the six measures in Dianchi Lake har- nessing projects, challenged by short construction period and heavy construction task, the contradiction between progress control and quality safety management is prominent. The successful experiences in technical management of design, project consulting and evaluation, biding, contract management, quality safety management and supervision management during the construction process of the project is introduced. The solution for the contradiction between progress control and quality safety management is proposed, which is helpful for promoting progress control and quality safety management.
