摘要
《灵枢·逆顺肥瘦》论述了不同体质应有不同的刺法(即因人制宜)的针刺原则,并论述了脉之逆顺的规律。文中对针刺的方法提出了"针刺必守法则,针刺宜因势利导,刺法应因人而异"的规律。对今天针刺方法的应用、发挥和发展提供了一定的思路和依据。
Miraculous Pivot Chapter 39 ： Abnormality, Normality, Obesity and Emaciation expounds the principle of acupuncture,i, e. , there should be different methods of acupuncture for different body constitutions （ treatment chosen according to the variability of an individual）, and also elaborates on the rule of vessel directions. It is proposed in the chapter that ＂acupuncture should abide by the rule, be performed according to the general trend, and be carried out according to the directions of vessels. ＂ The academic thinking of Miraculous Pivot Chapter 39 ： Abnormality, Normality, Obesity and Emaciation provides some idea and basis for the application and development of acupuncture methods nowadays.
