桃红四物丸对兔自体皮片移植术后皮片成活及VEGFR-2表达的影响

Effects of Taohong Siwu pills on skin graft survival and VEGFR-2 expression in rabbits after autologous skin grafting

目的:探讨桃红四物丸对兔自体皮片移植术后皮片成活及VEGFR-2表达的影响。方法:将40只新西兰大白兔随机分为两组,均进行皮片移植手术造模,通过血管密度检测和免疫组化染色的方法,观察两组术后5d和8d皮片血管密度及VEGFR-2的表达情况,并加以比较。结果:治疗组在术后5d和8d均有较高的血管密度及VEGFR-2积分光密度值,其值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物丸对兔自体皮片移植术后皮片成活及VEGFR-2的表达有促进作用。

Objective ： To investigate the effects of Taohong Siwu pills on the skin graft survival and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor （VEGFR） -2 expression in rabbits after autologous skin grafting. Methods：Forty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups underwent skin grafting. Vascular density and VEGFR -2 expression were evaluated by vascular density measurement and immunohistochemical staining at 5 and 8 d after operation;the two groups were compared in terms of the two indices. Results：At 5 and 8 d after operation,the treatment group had significantly higher vascular density and integrated optical density of VEGFR -2 than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Taohong Siwu pills can promote the skin graft survival and VEGFR -2 expression in rats ＇after autologous skin grafting.
