摘要 随着信息技术的飞速发展,数字化应用在公司管理中得到普及,利用IT技术实现客户的管理应运而生。目前,许多企业的客户管理还处于人工管理阶段,效率低,可靠性和保密性较差,数据的准确性无法保证。CRM系统采用Struts框架,将客户关系管理数字化,提供方便快捷的操作功能和高效的工作机制,为公司决策提供科学依据。 With the fast development of the information technology, the digitization application techniques have been widely used in business management, the client management was realized as the IT techniques emerges. The client management is still in the stage of artificial intelligence at present for many businesses, it is low in efficiency, dependability and security, and the accuracy of the data could not be assured. The CRM system which adapted the Struts framework is able to realize digitization of the client management, and it can provide convenient, quick operational functions and high efficient working mechanism, and provide scientific criteria for decision.
