摘要
本文中以电熔镁砂、白炭黑、二氧化硅微粉为主要原料,采用X射线衍射定性和定量分析方法,研究二氧化硅粒径对MgO-SiO2系统中镁橄榄石相生成的影响。结果表明,当温度达到900℃以上时,体系中氧化镁和二氧化硅反应明显,生成镁橄榄石;以白炭黑为SiO2源时镁橄榄石的生成量明显比以SiO2微粉为SiO2源时的生成量大。系统中的SiO2粒度越小,MgO和SiO2之间的反应越容易进行,镁橄榄石的生成量也越高。
Fused magnesite,microsilica and Fumed silica were used as main raw materials,and the influence of the particle size of SiO2 on the formation of forsterite in the MgO-SiO2 system at different temperature were studied by XRD analyses on the quantitative and qualitative of the reaction products that obtained under different temperature.It could be seen from the results that formation temperature of forsterite was about 900 ℃ in the reaction system.Particle size of SiO2 had great effect on the formation of forsterite,and the content of forsterite was increased as the decreasement of SiO2 grain size.
