氧化钙对煤矸石粉末陶瓷涂层耐蚀性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用含多种氧化物的煤矸石粉末,以加钙活化的煤矸石和未加钙的煤矸石两种配方为涂层骨料,用热化学反应法在Q235钢表面制备陶瓷涂层。通过XRD分析球磨前后粉体及陶瓷涂层的相结构,并分析涂层的抗热震性和耐蚀性能。结果表明,通过热化学反应法制备煤矸石陶瓷涂层是可行的,制备过程中产生Al6Si2O13、Al2SiO5、AlNi、CaAl2Si2O8及玻璃新相。涂层的性能比基体有了很大的提高,其中煤矸石陶瓷涂层的耐酸、碱、盐性分别提高4.31倍、2.08倍、2.06倍;加钙煤矸石陶瓷涂层分别提高9.79倍、2.38倍、2.86倍。 In this paper the coal gangue powder contain a variety of oxide,to add the calcium activation of coal gangue and didn 't add the calcium gangue two formula for coating aggregate,use heat reaction method in of Q235 steel surface preparation ceramic coating.Through the analysis of the ball mill and XRD and ceramic powder coating phase structure,and analysis of the coating thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance.The results show that,through the heat reaction method for coal gangue ceramic coatings is feasible,during the preparation Al6Si2O13、Al2SiO5、AlNi、CaAl2Si2O8 and glass new phase produced.The performance of the coating than matrix has improved a lot,including coal gangue ceramic coatings acid,alkali,salt sex were increased 4.31 times,2.08 times and 2.06 times;Add the calcium gangue ceramic coatings were increased 9.79 times and 2.38 times and 2.86 times.
