摘要
Co是PcBN常用的金属粘接剂,而PcBN的可烧结性,抗弯强度和寿命是PcBN很重要的性能,文章通过实验研究发现,Co能降低PcBN的合成功率,提高PcBN的烧结性能,能提高PcBN的抗弯强度,但也能降低PcBN的抗高温性和耐磨性。
The cobalt is commonly used as metal bond of PcBN, while the sintering ability, bending strength and lifetime are very important performances of the PcBN. This paper studies the impact of different Co content on the performances of high and low content PcBN composite.
