新杨绿纯系蛋鸡选种准确性评价 被引量:3

Selection Accuracy Evaluation of Pure Line in Xinyang Blue-shelled Layer Package

摘要 试验采用单性状BLUP-动物模型和约束最大似然法(REML)对新杨绿纯系蛋鸡(801系)4个世代8385个个体38周龄蛋重(EW38)和1~6期产蛋数(EN1-6)等性状进行遗传分析,估计上述性状的方差组分及个体的育种值(加性遗传效应值),并分析性状世代间的表型趋势和遗传趋势,以育种值大小为依据对个体进行排序,比较每世代中选鸡(N)和前(1+10%)N个体育种值差异,从而对选种准确性进行评价。试验结果表明,经过4个世代的选育,蛋重和产蛋数的表型值和育种值均有提高,说明目前的选育方法有效。利用所有亲属资料进行遗传评估的结果表明,中选鸡育种值均值显著低于top(1+10%)N的均值。试验结果一方面验证了新杨绿纯系蛋鸡的选育效果,另一方面为蛋鸡育种值选育提供理论参考。 Restricted maximum likelihood with a single trait animal model were used to analysis the 8 385 individuals' EW38 and EN1-6 from 4 generations of pure line (801)in Xinyang blue-shelled package. The individual breedingvalues (addictive allelic effects)were evaluated. The phenotypic trends and genetic trends by every generation were analyzed. The difference of average breeding value between breeding flocks and top (1 + 10% ) N were compared. The results showed that over the 4 generations the phenotypic values and breeding values of EW38 and EN1-6 had improved, which means the current methods for selection were effective. The average breeding value of breeding flocks was significantly lower than the top (l+lO%)N. The experiment validated the effect of selection and provided theoretical reference for laying hens breeding.
