摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同剂量戊糖片球菌制剂,对AA肉鸡生长性能及常规肉品质的影响。选用1日龄AA肉公鸡200只,随机分为4个处理组,每组50只,每个重复10只。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组分别饲喂含1×1011cfu、1×1010cfu、1×109cfu戊糖片球菌的基础日粮,试验期42d。结果表明,试验期内每日每只鸡饲喂1×1010cfu戊糖片球菌制剂可显著降低饲料的料重比,同时改善AA肉鸡的肉品质及抗氧化功能。
Two hundred one-day-age AA broilers were used in the experiment to investigate the effects of adding 1×10^11 cfu, l×10^10cfu, l×10^9cfu Pediococcus pentosaceus (daily per chicken)on growth performance, meat quality and antioxidant indices of broilers. Chickens were randomly divided into 4 treatments (50 for each treatment, 10 for each replicate). The experiment was completely randomized trial designed of single factor. The basal diet was used as control group, and the experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that supplement of 1× 10^10 efu ( daily per chicken ) Pediococcus pentosaceus in this experiment could decrease feed to gain ratio (F/G), and improve general meat quality and antioxidation activity of broilers.
