重庆市养老机构护理员工作认知与离职意愿的相关性研究 被引量:50

The relationship between job attitude and turnover intention among nursing aides from elderly homes in Chongqing

摘要 目的了解养老机构护理员的工作认知与离职意愿现状,探讨两者关系。方法采用方便抽样法,选取重庆市16家养老机构的154名护理员,运用一般情况调查问卷、工作认知情况调查问卷、离职意愿量表进行调查。结果工作认知总分为(69.86±9.15)分,离职意愿总分为(15.22±4.62)分;职业认同、工作满意度、工作氛围是离职意愿重要的预测变量。结论养老机构护理员工作认知水平对离职意愿的影响较大,其中职业认同为最大影响因素。 Objective To investigate the status of job attitude and turnover intention among nursing aides in elderly homes and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods A total of 154 nursing aides were recruited from 16 elderly homes in Chongqing by convenient sampling method. They were investigated by a self-designed job attitude questionnaire and Turnover Intention Scale. Results The total score of job attitude was(69.86±9.15), and the total score of turnover intention was (15.22±4.62). Career identity,job satisfaction and working atmosphere were the influencing factors of turnover intention in nursing aides. Conclusion The nursing aids' job attitude,especially career identity,has significant influence on their turnover intention.
