慢性心力衰竭患者照顾者客观负担量表的跨文化调适

The cross-cultural adaptation of the Dutch Objective Burden Inventory in a Chinese population of caregivers for patients with chronic heart failure

目的为我国慢性心力衰竭患者照顾者客观负担的测评提供有效工具。方法引进英文版照顾者客观负担量表(Dutch Objective Burden Inventory,DOBI)并进行跨文化调适。结果中文版DOBI量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.84～0.92,内容效度指数为0.79,提取的4个公因子共解释总变异的56.46%。结论中文版DOBI量表具有良好的内部一致性信度和效度,可用于评价我国慢性心力衰竭患者照顾者的客观负担。

Objective To providing an effective tool for the measurement of objective burden of caregivers for patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods The English version of Dutch Objective Burden Inventory（DOBI） was introduced into China and was culture-adapted. Results The internal consistency coefficient of the Chinese version of DOBI ranged from 0.84 to 0.92. The content validity index was 0.79. Factor analysis got four factors,which could explain 56.46% of the total variance. Conclusion The Chinese version of DOBI has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used as a valid tool for the measurement of objective caregiver burden in a Chinese CHF population of caregivers.
