快速反应系统在临床急救工作中的应用进展

摘要 在住院患者心肺骤停前和转入ICU前数小时常会有病情不稳定的症状和生命体征改变。如果在患者病情恶化之前识别恶化征兆，给予早期干预，将有助于阻止病情进一步恶化，提高ICU外心肺复苏成功的几率，同时亦可能避免不必要的ICU入住或更及时地转入ICU接受进一步加强治疗，提高救治成功率。为了避免病情突发恶化的住院患者在普通病房抢救失败，并产生严重不良后果，快速反应系统（Rapid RespondSystem．RRS）应运而生。
