摘要
针对国内缓倾斜薄矿脉开采机械化程度不高、出矿效率低、矿石贫化率高和回收率低等问题,提出缓倾斜薄矿脉机械化开采新技术:采用浅孔落矿、铲运机矿碴分别搬运矿碴,改变了传统电耙留矿法的采矿工艺,劳动生产率高,矿石贫化率低,回收率高。机械化堆砌废石、水泥胶结人工点柱,控制地压,机械化程度高。废石不出窿,减少了运输、提升以及建立地面废石堆场等费用。通过在湖南某锡矿的工程实践,取得采矿工效80t/班,矿石回收率97%,贫化率5%的先进指标,证明该方法具有推广使用价值。
Aiming at the problems of low mechanization level, low mining efficiency, low ore recovery and high ore dilution rate existing in the mining of gently inclined ore veins in China, a new machined mining technology was put forward, which uses short- hole blasting and uses Load- Haul- Dump (LHD) to transport ore and wast rock, changes the mining technology of traditional shrinkage stoping with electric scraper, is of high mining efficiency, ore recovery, low ore dilution. This a new mining method has high degree of mechanization and can effectively control ground pressure becase of artificial cemented waste rock pillar stacked by machine. The mined wast rock is not necessary to be carried to surface,the costs of mine transportation and hoist as well as surface waste-disposal site can be reduced. The engineering practice in a tin mine, Hunan, gained such advanced indexes as the mining efficiency of 80 t per a shift, ore recovery of 97% and ore dilution of 5%, prove that above new method has the value of popularization.
