旧采残煤区长壁综采支承压力分布研究 被引量:2

Study on Abutment Pressure Distribution of Fully Mechanized Longwall Coal Mining Face in Old Residual Coal Mining Area

摘要 以某矿6号煤层的残煤区为背景,采用RFPA软件对规则和不规则煤柱情况下残煤开采进行了数值模拟实验,并对工作面前方煤柱(煤体)进行了受力分析及比较。研究表明:在残煤开采中随着煤柱宽度的逐渐减小,工作面来压步距相应减小,工作面前方支承压力峰值、峰值位置距工作面距离、峰值范围和工作面前方20m煤柱中应力都相应增大。 Taking the residual coal area in No. 6 coal seam of some coal mine as example,numerical simulation of residual coal mining under considtion of regular or irregular coal pillar was carried out with software RFPA, and the stress in coal pillars before the working face was analyzed and compared. The results showed that during residual coal mining, when the width of coal pillars became smaller gradually the pressure step in the working face became smaller, at the same time,the peak abutment pressure before working face, the distance between the position of peak abutment pressure and working face, the range of peak abutment pressure as well as the stress of coal pillar in front of the working face 20 m all became larger accordingly.
