转炉渣中铜的阶段磨矿―阶段回收新工艺研究 被引量:2

Research on a New Stage Ggrinding-Stage Recovering Process to Recover Copper from Converter Slag

摘要 针对大冶冶炼厂的转炉渣进行了浮选试验研究,确定了合适的磨矿细度、氧化钙用量、捕收剂种类及用量。采用阶段磨矿―阶段回收的新工艺流程进行闭路试验,获得铜品位为36.57%,回收率为94.74%的铜精矿,尾矿铜品位为0.34%,选矿指标理想。 Flotation experiment of converter slag from Daye smelter was carried out. Based on the experimental study, the grinding fineness, dosages of CaO as well as the types and dosages of collectors were determined. Laboratory closed- circuit experiment of a new stage grinding - stage recovering process was made,and a a copper concentrate with a Cu grade of 36.57% and a Cu recovery of 94.74%was obtained. The Cu grade of the flotation railings was 0.34%. Thses beneficiation indexes were ideal.
