摘要
磁化焙烧技术目前是提高难选铁矿利用率的有效方法之一。针对陕西镇安地区赤褐铁矿进行了磁化焙烧影响因素的试验研究,确定的最优磁化焙烧-弱磁选工艺条件为焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间70min、煤粉含量8%、磁场强度为1260奥斯特,经过一次精选,可获得铁品位63.50%、回收率72.56%的合格铁精矿。
Magnetizing roasting is one of the effective ways to improve the comprehensive utilization of refractory iron ores. The factors influencing the magnetizing-roasting of an hematite- limonite ore form Zhen'an area, Shaanxi, were studied by experiment, and the optimal conditions of the process of magnetizing roasting-low intensity magnetic separation were determined to be:with roasting temperature of 800 ℃ ,time for 70 min and 8% anthracite,magnetic intensity of 1260 Oe, obtaining a iron concentrate containing 63. 50% Fe at a Fe recovery of 72.56% by one cleaning.
