摘要
电动汽车具有节能减排、削峰填谷等多重作用,充电设施规划方法和模型能够指导其建设,促进电动汽车的发展。文中较为系统地提出了充电基础设施规划步骤和具体做法。基于能量等效的原则,提出了等负荷距分配法将集中和分散充电量分配到相应充电设施,给出了其中计算参数的模型,通过能量等效方式进行负荷预测,再进行定址定容,采用净现值方法评估经济性,采用平均充电距离评估用户便利性,最终得到可用的规划方案。
Electric vehicles can cut the load peak of grid, reduce the emission of CO2, and the planning method and model of charging infrastructure can guide its construction so as to support the development of electric vehicles. This paper presents the systematic process and practice of planning of the charging infrastructure. Based on energy equivalence, a criterion named "equal product of load and distance" and some parameters are given to allocate charging energy to centralized and scattered charging infrastructures. The charging load is forecasted and then the location and capacity are confirmed. Finally, the economics of the plan is evaluated by the net present value method, and its convenience is evaluated by the "average distance of the electric energy charging" method till the final plan is obtained.
