B群脑膜炎球菌外膜囊菌苗的免疫反应
摘要
由B群脑膜炎球菌所致的侵袭性感染是许多国家发病和死亡的重要原因。控制脑膜炎球菌感染和疾病的重要挑战是研制预防B群脑膜炎球菌感染的菌苗。B群脑膜炎球菌多无免疫原性 ,故目前的研究试图主要针对该菌外膜蛋白或脂多糖产生的免疫反应。本文对B群脑膜炎球菌外膜囊菌苗在动物和人类的免疫反应进行了综述。
