静电纺丝专利申请的现状分析 被引量:2

摘要 检索了2011年以前的静电纺丝技术相关专利文献,阐述了该技术在专利申请方面的起源和发展现状;介绍了2000—2010年国内外静电纺丝专利申请件数的年度分布、国别分布、申请人分布以及研究方向分布;从专利申请的角度评价和分析了国内外申请人在静电纺丝技术的专利申请活动状况和技术研究方向上的差异;指出国内外静电纺丝技术基本都处于实验阶段,其瓶颈在于静电纺丝机的批量生产能力,建议我国应密切关注国外的相关专利文献,继续扩展纺丝品种和优化工艺参数,尽快形成静电纺丝设备的系列化和标准化,提高静电纺丝机的生产能力,促进其产业化发展。 The patents on electrospinning process were retrieved before 2011. The origin and historical development of patent application on electrospinning process were described. The distribution of patent application on electrospinning process was ana- lyzed by year, state, applicant and research direction over 2000 -2010. The difference in patent application situation and technol- gical research direction was evaluated and analyzed between China and overseas. It was pointed out that the electrospinning process technology was almost in an experimental stage both in China and abroad, and the bottleneck lied in the batch production of electrospinning machine. It was suggested that China should pay close attention to the overseas relating patents and articles, continuously put intensive efforts to the fiber type development and process parameters optimization, realize the serialization and standardization of electrospinning equipment manufacture, and raise the production capacity of electrospinning machine to promote the industry development.
