共混纤维的Spurr树脂包埋切片及截面形貌分析 被引量:3

摘要 选择Spurr环氧树脂作为包埋剂对聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯(PP/PS)共混纤维进行包埋,用Leica RM2126RT轮转式冷冻超薄切片机对包埋的样块在冷冻状态下切削纤维截面;利用数字化图像识别技术对截面图像进行分析,研究共混纤维截面内分散相的径向分布趋势。结果表明:Spurr环氧树脂黏度低,渗透性好,用于纤维的包埋、切片时可提高纤维分散程度,避免纤维间的挤压变形,缩短制样周期,简化操作步骤;在合适的截面刻蚀条件下刻蚀去除分散相,可得到边缘清晰和内部特征明显的纤维截面图像;与图像分割法相比,数学化图像处理技术分析效率和分布参数计算的准确性更高。 Spurr epoxy resin was used as an embedding medium for polypropylene/polystyrene (PP/PS) blend fiber. A rotary freezing slicing machine Leiea RM2126 RT was adopted to slice the embedded sample into freezing microtomes. Their sections were analyzed by digital image identification method. The radial distribution of dispersed phase in the blend fiber was studied. The results showed that owing to its low viscosity and high permeability, Spurt epoxy resin used as the embedding medium can improve the dispersion degree of the fiber, avoid the compressional deformation between fibers, shorten the sample preparation period and simplify the operation procedures. The fiber section images with clear edge and obvious internal characteristics can be obtained by eliminating the dispersed phase under rational etching conditions. As compared with image segmentation method, the digital imageidentification method was better in analysis efficiency and distribution parameters calculation accuracy.
