用OpenLu拟合生化非线性动力学模型

摘要 非线性动力学模型参数回归难度大,文中以微生物发酵动力学为例,用OpenLu中的Opt函数,分别对动力学方程的积分式和微分方程形式的动力学参数进行了拟合,均获得了全局最优解。结果表明,用OpenLu计算准确、方法简单,拟合参数时不需要提供初值,是动力学参数拟合的一个有力的工具。 Nonlinearity model parameter return is difficulty.The kinetics of microbial fermentation for example, use the OpenLu Opt function, respectively, on the kinetic equation of the integral and differential equation form of kinetic parameters by fitting, were obtained for globally optimal solution.The results show that, OpenLu with Calculation of accurate, method of simple, fitting parameters are not required to provide initial values, is a powerful tool for fitting kinetic parameters.
