摘要 目的研究余甘子枝叶部位的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱的方法对广东余甘子枝叶的化学成分进行分离提纯,并通过化学和波谱方法对其化学结构进行鉴定。结果从余甘子枝叶部位中分离鉴定了10个化合物:没食子酸甲脂(1)、槲皮素(2)、槲皮素-3-O-鼠李糖(3)、柚皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、3,4,8,9,10-Pentahydroxydibenzo[b,d]pyran-6-one(5)、3,4,3'-三甲基鞣花酸(6)、羽扇豆醇(7)、30-羟基羽扇豆醇(8)、白桦醇(9)、没食子酸(10)。结论其中化合物5、6、8、9为首次从该植物中得到;5、8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Phyllanthus Emblica collected at Guangdong,china.Methods The chemical constituents of the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica were systematically isolated with chromatographic techniques.The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by their spectral data and chemical methods.Results Ten compounds were isolated from Phyllanthus emblica and have been determined as: methyl gallate(1),quercetin(2),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(3),naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranside(4),3,4,8,9,10-Pentahydroxydibenzo[b,d]pyran-6-one(5),3,4,3'-Tri-O-methylellagic Acid(6),lupeol(7),lup-20,29-en-3β,30-diol(8),betulin(9),gallic acid(10).Conclusion Compounds 5,6,8,9 have been isolated from Phyllanthus emblica for the first time;Compounds 5,8 have been isolated from the plants of Phyllanthus L.for the first time
