补阳还五汤对脑缺血大鼠模型ITGαvβ3表达及脑皮质区新生血管的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究补阳还五汤对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用,并观察对脑组织VEGF和ITGαvβ3的表达及脑皮质区新生血管的影响。方法采用"线栓法"制备大鼠脑缺血-再灌注模型;用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆中内皮生长因子(VEGF)、ITGαvβ3的含量;免疫组化法测定各组模型缺血侧大脑皮质区VEGF及CD34的表达。结果补阳还五汤可以显著升高血浆中VEGF和ITGαvβ3的表达(P<0.01),增加缺血侧大脑皮质区VEGF的表达和微血管密度(P<0.01)。结论补阳还五汤能够促使血管生成,改善脑循环,促进缺血脑组织的修复。 Objective To study the protection of Buyanghuanwu decoction on Cerebral Ischemia Mouse Model,and to observe brain VEGF and ITGαvβ3 expression and cerebral cortex influence of new blood vessels.Methods Using MACO classical method for animal model;using ELISA detection plasma VEGF,ITG α v β 3 content;Useing immunohistochemical method for determination of each model ischemia side brain cortex VEGF and CD34 expression.Results Buyanghuanwu decoction can significantly elevate plasma VEGF and ITGαvβ3 expression(P 0.01) and increase ischemia side brain cortex VEGF expression and microvascular density(P 0.01).Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction can make angiogenesis,improve cerebral circulation,promote ischemic brain tissue repair.
