灰毡毛忍冬中五环三萜类化合物的抗氧化活性研究

The Antioxidant Activity Evaluations of the Triterpene Saponins from Lonicera macranthoides in vitro

目的探讨灰毡毛忍冬中23个五环三萜类化合物的体外抗氧化能力。方法采用DPPH法和Fenton法对本课题组前期得到的23个五环三萜及其皂苷进行体外抗氧化活性评价,以Vc作阳性对照。结果 23个五环三萜类化合物中3个含绿原酸取代基的皂苷(绿原酸酯皂苷)对自由基有较强的清除作用,且对羟基自由基的清除作用显著强于VC和绿原酸。结论灰毡毛忍冬绿原酸酯皂苷可作为天然抗氧化物质资源,具有潜在的开发利用价值。

Objective To investigate the antioxidant activity of different triterpene saponins from Lonicera macranthoides in vitro. Methods The antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH and Fenton under the reference of vitamin C. Results Three saponins with chlorogenic acid could scavenge both DPPH radical and OH radical, which was even better than VC and chlorogenic acid. Conclusion Three chlorogenic acid ester saponins from Lonicera macranthoides had a significant potential to use as natural antioxidant resources.
