摘要
目的探讨柏叶汤中凉血止血药对脾胃虚寒性出血大鼠模型的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、柏叶汤组和柏叶汤去凉血止血药组,除正常组以外,均采用饮食失节法建立脾胃虚寒模型,共14 d。从造模第8天开始,模型组给予生理盐水ig,干预组给予柏叶汤(9 g.kg-1)和柏叶汤去凉血止血药(6 g.kg-1),连续ig 7 d,1次/d,除正常组外用乙醇灌胃法造成胃出血模型,采用酶联免疫法检测大鼠血清t-PA、PA I-1及GMP-140的水平。取溃疡部组织做病理切片,从病理学角度进一步观察。结果全方组能够显著提高PAI-1而下调t-PA的水平,提高血清GMP-140含量,与柏叶汤去凉血止血组比较差异有统计学意义。结论柏叶汤方中的凉血止血药能促进凝血可能与调节血清PA I-1、t-PA及GMP-140的水平有关。
Objective To study the influence of the drug for the heat removal from the blood to arrest bleeding in " Boye Decoction" on the models of rats,which were bleeding of spleen-stomach deficient cold pattern.Methods The experimental SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control,model,Boye Decoction and herbs for removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding in Boye Decoction.The model of cold of insufficiency of spleen-stomach was made by intemperance of taking food for 14 days.Interventions started from the 8th day of modeling,the control group and the model group were ig given normal saline.Boye Decoction group was given the decoction at a dose of 9 g.kg-1 daily.The group of herbs for removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding in Boye Decoction was given at 6 g.kg-1 daily.All the interventions were for 7 days.The effect on t-PA、PA I-1 and GMP-140 in SD rats was observed by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Based on the tissue slice of gastric ulcer cicatrix of pathology the morbid state was observed.Results Boye decoction could significantly increase the level of PA I-1 and GMP-140 and decrease the level the of t-PA,compared with the group of herbs for removing heat from blood to arrest bleeding in Boye Decotion.Conclusion The main hemostasia mechanism of the drug for the heat removal from the blood to arrest bleeding in " Boye Decoction" is to affect the level of PA I-1、t-PA and GMP-140.
