针灸治疗颅脑损伤用穴规律的现代文献研究

Modern Literature Study on the Regularity of Acupoints Selection for Treatment of TBI.

目的研究针灸治疗颅脑损伤腧穴选取的规律特点。方法计算机检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库、万方数据资源系统中有关针灸治疗颅脑损伤的现代文献研究。将纳入的25篇文献进行分类整理、设计提取表、统计腧穴出现的频数,对其进行归纳总结。结果 25篇文献涉及腧穴83个,使用频率较高的为百会(68%)、人中(60%)、内关(48%)、印堂(44%)、合谷(36%)和足三里(32%);涉及十四条经脉及经外奇穴,但使用频率较高经脉依次为督脉、足阳明胃经和手阳明大肠经。结论针灸治疗TBI最常选用腧穴为百会、人中、内关、印堂等;多在督脉及阳明经取穴。

Objective To summarize regularity of choosing the acupoints in the treatment of traumatic brain injury.Methods The modern literature articles concerning acupuncture treatment for TBI were retrieved from the Chinese Journal Full-text Database,the Chinese Biomedical Medical Literature Database,Wanfang Data.The 25 documents are classification,extraction of design table,statistics and the frequency,and the summary.Results 25 articles related to acupoints 83,the use of high frequency is Baihui（DU20）,Renzhong（DU26）,Neiguan（PC6）,Yintang（EX-HN3）,Hegu（LI4） and Zusanli（ST36）;involves fourteen meridian,but the use of high frequency meridian are Du Meridian,The Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming and The Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming.Conclusion The main acupoints of treatment in TBI is DU20,DU26,PC6,EX-HN3 etc,in Du Meridian and The Yang-Ming Meridian.
