太冲穴及常见配伍运用规律的文献研究

目的分析太冲穴及其常见配伍的运用规律。方法对针刺太冲穴现代临床文献进行收集、整理,统计太冲穴的文献频次、文献比例,常用配伍腧穴及这些常用配伍的文献频次,分析太冲穴运用、常见配伍及其运用规律。结果包含太冲穴的针刺处方中周围性面瘫、原发性高血压、抑郁文献频次最高,太冲穴单穴多运用于原发性高血压,太冲穴常见配伍依次为:合谷、足三里、三阴交。结论包含太冲穴的针刺处方中周围性面瘫、原发性高血压、抑郁文献频次最高,太冲穴单穴多运用于原发性高血压,太冲穴常见配伍依次为:合谷、足三里、三阴交。

Objective To analyze the regularity of Taichong and its common compatibilities.Methods Collecting and sorting the modern clinical literature of Taichong concerning acupuncture,counting the literature frequency and literature proportion of Taichong and its common compatibilities,then analysing the rule of it.Results Peripheral facial paralysis,Primary hypertension,and Depression have a high literature frequency in acupuncture prescriptionts of Taichong,while Primary hypertension has the highest literature frequency when Taichong is used singly.Hegu,Zusanli,San yinjiao are most commonly used with Taichong.Conclusion Taichong has the specificities of running course of meridian and distal selection when treating disease,and compatibility expands the range of application,embodies the synergistic effect.
