摘要
为了有效地控制表面组装的质量和可靠性,同时也为SMT焊点形态的三维重建和形态恢复提供准确的数据来源,提出一种以Tsai局部阴影算法为基础,结合中值滤波技术和引入Phong光照模型建立的改进阴影恢复算法;通过对实际焊点重建的结果分析来看,该算法在SMT焊点的三维重建和三维形态恢复中能有效改善重建表面的光滑性和准确性,提高算法的抗噪性及拓展算法的应用范围,具有相当好的实用性和经济性。
The improved shadow recovery algorithm based on Tsai algorithm and combined with median filter and introducing phong lighting model is put forward in order to control the SMT quality and reliability, provide data about three--dimensional reconstruction and morphological recovery of SMT solder joints. In this paper, the surface smoothness and the noise. Immunity about the algorithm is improved, and the application range of the algorithm is expanded. The results proves that the algorithm has quite a good practicability and economy.
